On Thursday, October 28th, 2010 in New York, ScheduALL will kick off the first in a new class of client engagement and education initiatives. That afternoon, we’ll be hosting and facilitating the first user-to-user meeting for ScheduALL broadcast organizations.
The ScheduALL Broadcast Users Group will bring seasoned users together in a focused, targeted meeting to share best practices and techniques, as well as to network with fellow schedulers, operations managers and IT leads in the broadcast industry. The attendees will have the opportunity to listen and learn how features and functionality are leveraged differently in other organizations. At the same time, we at ScheduALL will continue to gain insight into our client’s successes and challenges, and to identify opportunities to continue to serve.
We will give our attendees the stage to present their unique implementation and experienced efficiencies in using ScheduALL, covering areas as diverse as recurring orders, reporting, media duplication, and interfacing ScheduALL data to outside systems. I’ll also be there with fellow ScheduALL team members, presenting an overview of the ScheduALL features (past and future), and collaborating on a “Top Five Wish List” for our core product roadmap.
Going forward, we intend to host similar sessions in a variety of locations, focused on various different types of client industries, such as transmissions and production. There may also be an opportunity to work with interested clients in planning a full-scale, cross-discipline ScheduALL Users Group meeting, which has us really excited!
If you’re an experienced ScheduALL user at a broadcast organization, and you’re interested in broadening your product knowledge, please send an e-mail to events@scheduall.com to book your spot at our first User Group event!
